The SWVA Workforce Development Board and Staff mourn the loss of our Executive Director, Aleta Spicer, a true public servant. Throughout her career, Aleta maintained a dedication and commitment to helping improve the lives of others. She will be missed by many, as her work and legacy will always be remembered.
